Our trailer is a 2008 Forrest River...it is 40 feet long with 3 pull outs...it has 1 1/2 bathrooms...a sand screen fence on both sides helps a lot...a nice patio...storage shed...& adjustable gate on the driveway let's you enlarge or make the patio smaller for entertaining...the trailer is in good shape...& ready to move in except for linens. The extra 1/2 bedroom can be used as an office or craft room.
