The open living/dining space is comfortable and seats a nice number of friends. All new laminate flooring installed in 2023. Some new lighting fixtures and fresh paint were also completed.
The roof was resealed in 2025. The heat is propane and A/C electric. The stove/oven is propane with a microwave above.
The dining table has an extension. We recently added a drop-down to our kitchen counter, to give more work space for meals and entertaining. The kitchen also has a great skylight.
Includes a great outdoor Gas BBQ and a Gas patio table. And don’t forget, the GOLF CART is INCLUDED!
It runs like a champ and would love some new paint. New batteries installed in 2025.
Price includes all furniture, kitchen items, bedding/bath, glassware, dishes, pots and pans and a 5x8 storage shed. The bedroom has a queen mattress and the living room sofa folds into a double bed. The TV/VCR/DVD is also included in this great price.
